Welcome to Rooted Goods! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Rooted Goods (“we,” “our,” “us”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rooted Goods. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all additional terms and policies referenced herein.

2. Use of Site

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Services

Rooted Goods offers handcrafted charcuterie, grazing tables, and related goods and services. All products are made to order and may vary slightly in appearance due to the artisanal nature of our work.

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm grazing table bookings.

  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may apply the deposit toward a future event (within 6 months).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

  • Charcuterie boxes or platters canceled within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has left our kitchen. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to accommodate dietary requests, but Rooted Goods is not an allergen-free kitchen. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of any potential allergens.

7. Delivery & Setup

Delivery fees are based on distance and event size. Please ensure the setup area is accessible at the scheduled time. Additional wait time or site delays may incur extra charges.

8. Food Safety

All charcuterie and grazing items should be consumed within 2 hours of setup for freshness and safety. Rooted Goods is not liable for the condition of food after this window.

9. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, and designs on this site are the property of Rooted Goods and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
