Each Signature Crunch Pastry is handcrafted with a delicate shell that gives way to a satisfyingly crisp crack before revealing layers of silky mousse and an intensely flavorful center. Every pastry is individually finished by hand, creating a dessert that is as visually stunning as it is unforgettable to eat.

These pastries are made in limited batches so every piece meets my standards. Order by Tuesday, November 10.

When checking out, please select Saturday, November 14 as your pickup date. Selecting any other date does not guarantee I’ll be at the shop for pickup.

Pickup policy (please read before ordering)

• Pickup only. No delivery or shipping.
• Pickup is Saturday, November 14, from 12:00–2:00 PM, at 1022 S. State St., Lockport, IL.
• No substitutions on the pickup date or time. These pastries are delicate and made fresh for that window, so I can’t hold them or move them to another day or time.
• No holds. If you can’t make it, please send someone to pick up your order for you.
• Orders not picked up during the pickup window are forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

A limited number of extra pastries may be available for walk-in purchase, but once they’re gone, they’re gone.
