Thanksgiving Add-Ons

• Sea Salt Focaccia (quarter sheet pan), $15: golden, chewy, flaky salt on top. Made for dragging through gravy.
• Whipped Honey Butter (8 oz), $8: for the focaccia. Or a spoon. No judgment. GF
• Gravy (1 quart), $18: because it’s not Thanksgiving without it. GF
• Harvest Salad (serves about 6), $45: mixed greens, baby kale, roasted butternut, pomegranate seeds, shaved parmesan & my housemade lemon honey vinaigrette. GF
• Canelés (dozen), $50, or GF, $55: caramelized outside, custardy inside.
• Brownie Canelés (dozen), $50, or GF, $55: fudgy, rich, and gone fast.
• Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies: regular dozen $24, large dozen $45
• Puff Pastry Galette (serves 8), $45: apple, or apple & pear. Flaky, golden, and better than pie (I said it).
• Cheesecake (serves 8-12), $65: pumpkin with marshmallow fluff meringue, or turtle

Pickup: at 1022 S State St, Lockport, either Wednesday 11/25, 3-6 pm, or Thursday 11/26, 11 am-2 pm. Getting a board or sides package too? Your add-ons come with it. Ordering add-ons on their own? Just put your pickup day in the order notes. Order by Thursday 11/19.

GF = made with gluten-free ingredients. My kitchen also handles wheat, so GF items aren’t safe for guests with celiac disease.
